Returns are accepted if you notify us via email and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt (for both local and international orders) in exchange product or Store Credit. For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 1 pm on the same day. Our Same Day Delivery service is only available for delivery within Klang Valley (Malaysia), and not applicable for weekends and public holidays. Kindly note that a RM35 shipping fee will be charged upon your order and your parcel will be received latest by 6 pm (not including unforeseen circumstances).

It is advisable to ship to your working address if you are in work during weekdays as our courier partner only makes delivery during Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday.
